I came here as a new patient for my annual eye exam and to get new glasses. I was extremely impressed. This was definitely one of my best optometrist experiences, mainly because of how well organized the office is. I arrived at my appointment time, and I was warmly greeted, and immediately taken into a room for various tests. The person doing the tests was friendly and extremely efficient. Dr. Keith Chow is a knowledgeable, kind and excellent optometrist. He answers all my questions in an in-depth manner that my curios mind appreciates. I have many eye conditions - he makes contact lens recommendations that work and lifestyle suggestions to make the most of my vision. Highly recommend.
Dr. Tai was super thorough during my appointment. She prescribed me steroid and antibiotic eyedrops since my eye was irritated and very red. I followed her treatment instructions and it's gone! She explained everything and made sure I was okay every step of the way. The staff are friendly and professional, highly recommend going here for any kind of appointment!
