I recently had an issue with Ebay charging me fees that were unjust. I attempted working them out, but Ebay ignored me. Two emails later, a phone call from Ebay, apology and refund. Much appreciated ? BBB!
This BBB provided the needed assistance to motivate Ring, Inc to refund $85 for an item I ordered from them that became unavailable. Ring acknowledged that the money should be refunded but excessive bureaucratic issues prevented that from happening. Once the BBB got involved, Ring’s indifferent attitude changed immediately❗️They began emailing me every 2 to 3 days, to make sure I was happy with the refund and apologized for any inconvenience I experienced.I really can’t thank the BBB enough, for the great job they did?
