William Slavin (lead recruiter) is the rudest person I have ever talked to. He is rude and condescending over the phone, and I can detect that same rotten attitude over email as well. He accused me of doing things I wasn’t even doing because he was too dumb to understand my email. He assumes the absolute worst for no reason. If THIS is the type of person you guys put in charge, then no wonder the whole company has a horrible reputation. Just waiting on them to terminate me because they won’t even pay a livable wage after working overtime

I requested a "Name Change on my W2". Valerie Martinez in Human Resource, requested my documents Drl, SsCard, & Court Document. I never received my W2 in the mail with my request "Name Change", Valerie Martinez, I waited nearly two months, I even went to my previous employer Molly Maids Marissa said that she would forward it to BBSI they are the one who take care of these request, that what Valerie Martinez, also told me that she would be able to make the "Name Change,", that never happened! I'm forwarding Valerie Martinez emails to the IRS.

I called this company and ask something about I received W-2 and this lady that picks the phone and said shes in front desk was very rude and hang up on me while im talking. She should not be in front desk picking up phone calls Disrespectful and Doesn't know Customer Service.
