Wow, what an incredible experience from top to bottom. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and personable: from the person who scheduled our WDO inspection, to Tom our technician who called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and could come earlier in the day, to the nice office coordinator who let us know our house key wasn't in the lockbox, back to Tom who was incredibly gracious when we let him know our realtor had changed the lockbox that morning and were sending someone to get him the key.
