Our Liftmaster driveway gate stopped working out of nowhere, which turned out to be a massive headache. The gate would slowly drift open from the wind, I had this whole annoying routine every time I needed to leave the house, and I was constantly stressed about our dog getting out. We couldn't be happier with the gate installed by Jack and his team. The product and service were both fantastic. They are true craftsmen- they work with precision and attention to detail. The attached photo shows the gate they installed, with its outstanding metal and woodwork. Beyond the appearance, the gate is functionally sound and works great. Jack was very responsive to us during the process as we considered the right gate options for our needs. He is very thoughtful and committed to his craft. I couldn't recommend them enough.
I was told that the motor for my gate needed to be serviced by a company we have used in the past. The cost was very expensive. I reached out to Automated Gare Masters and spoke with Jack who informed me that it was actually unnecessary to service the gate I just need to change the battery every few years. What an honest and upstanding guy he is. I know now that if I have a problem with my gate I will calling Automated Gate Masters.
