Kerensa & Calleigh always put a smile on my face as I walk in! 🤩 Their smiles, the way they check in, or ask about my schooling. As a faithful costumer, a warm welcome goes a long way & is much appreciated. They also have a thorough understanding of the products, not pushy, just enough... And they get me every time lol. I see how hard they work & love the hussle. Great bunch of women! 💙
Kate was great! - She had six people waiting, other people in beds, a broken bed, two beds needing cleaning, a computer malfunctioning, and was working by herself. She was SOOO stressed - but somehow was able to still smile with everyone and nobody was unhappy. Absolutely amazing.
Kerensa was managing a busy morning on this Sunday when several customers seemed to be flowing in and through the system. I like the way she communicates while she single-handedly checked people in, moved people from room to room and had to dash in and out of rooms to do the cleaning. She was cheerful and efficient through the whole time, though I mentioned to her they it might be jive to have a second person here to support the process as we move into the California sunshine and I imagine business is building up for the season. Great job keeping your cool with the multi tasks necessary to manage here, Kerensa.
