NAILY Nail Salon

I recently visited Naily in San Jose for a hard gel manicure and a gel pedicure with a glitter base and French tips, and I had a wonderful experience.

The salon was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. While most nail salons play spa music or have a TV on, I really appreciated that Naily played R&B music instead. It made the atmosphere feel more relaxed and fun, like hanging out rather than just sitting through an appointment.

My nail technician, Jennifer, was amazing. She has such a gentle touch while doing nails. I've had experiences at other salons where nail techs were rough or even accidentally cut me, so I really noticed the difference. I never felt rushed, and Jennifer paid close attention to every detail. She regularly checked in to make sure I was happy with the shape, design, and overall look, which made the experience even better.

I'm so happy with how my nails turned out and will definitely be back. I highly recommend Jennifer if you're looking for beautiful nails and a relaxing, enjoyable experience.

This is my first time at Naily Nail Salon and it was a great experience! Cathy did an amazing job on my nails & did one of the best designs I’ve done yet. I definitely recommend you go to Cathy, she’s puts a lot of dedication into work which I absolutely appreciate! Will definitely be going back!

My new go to spot for mani/pedi! As soon as I walked in I felt super welcomed by the friendly staff. Got a mani/pedi as I just got back from vacation. The chairs were super comfy and had the massage on the whole time. The music and atmosphere was super relaxing and enjoyable for me to decompress after a long week. The tech listened to exactly what I wanted and I felt pampered after. Will definitely be back!

I live at Santana Row and I bring my dog to the groomer in the same plaza, so I noticed pretty quickly that this place had changed owners. I was excited to try it out since its a super convenient location for me. As a millennial with an aversion to phone calls, their online appointment booking system is a game changer.
I booked a Signature Mani and Signature Pedi. When I arrived, Jennifer was waiting for me. She knew exactly who I was and what services I was getting which left a great first impression. She was friendly and detail-oriented, taking her time and asking me a couple of times if I was happy with the shape and color of my nails.
The salon was clean and the temperature was comfortable, it was quiet with some music playing in the background and overall good vibes. It’s their soft opening but you wouldn’t know it. Things ran smoothly and it was a great experience. Would recommend and will be going back.

Easy location to get to. I wanted to give this place a new try since when I went before the old owner was mean. We love the new ownership and workers did an amazing job for the price

This was my first visit to Naily in San Jose, and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I came in for a deluxe pedicure and a Gel-X set with French tips and beautiful 3D floral nail art.

Jennifer was wonderful, and her work is absolutely beautiful. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and paid incredible attention to detail throughout the appointment. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I was happy with the shape, design, and overall look of my nails every step of the way.

The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and everyone was friendly and professional. My deluxe pedicure left my feet feeling refreshed, and my Gel-X set turned out even better than I expected.

My first time at Naily and I will definitely be coming back. The nail techs were super friendly and welcoming. I showed my nail tech, Jennifer, the design I wanted and she executed beyond my expectations! We did builder gel on my natural nails. I’ll let the pics speak for themselves. jennifer did a wonderful job!! this was from about a week ago and naily’s environment and staff made my first gel-x appointment memorable! it totaled to about $100 and took 2 hours. (a bit of remaining nail dust on my nails afterwards which you can see in the photos, but overall amazing!) side note: previous reviews were written under different management/salon owner

Great Service! Kim was super gentle and caring! And great with advice!
I had surgery on one of toes and she was just gentle and giving advice on how to treat ingrown nails. The ladies made the space super comfortable,clean and nonjudgmental.
I had mentioned to Kim I was scared to come, she asked Why? People? And I said Yes.
This has been one of my insecurities, and the ladies at Amy’s made me feel so confident after I left. They just gained a regular. So glad they are also down the street from my home.
