I worked with Susan at All Natural Stone and feel like I received outstanding customer service with her. I already had an idea of what color/materials I was interested so Susan was able to pull different options to match my vision. She was also able to tell me what the lead times were for different material which did influence which tile we ordered. (I didn't want to wait months for something to come in.) After visiting the showroom, Susan continued to stay connected via email and would always respond very quickly. I even made a mistake and didn't order enough of the large format/mural tiles and she was able to find me solutions to get more ASAP.
I'm trying to match/coordinate an old Marbel tile in my kitchen. It has been a chore. But of all the places I've been to Sal @ All Natural Stone has been the most helpful. Good guy. I suggest giving him your business.
