We just had a wonderful experience shopping for tiles at this store for our home remodel. Kia was our sales rep. She has the amazing ability to choose the right colors and her advice was spot on. We also enjoyed having Dan help us with his immense experience with tiles choose the right set for our bathrooms. We learned to appreciate everything from the angle to view the tile (darker if vertical, brighter if horizontal), grout and trim color matching and more. The black friday sale was a nice touch. The best part was the no pressure environment that allowed us to pick the best tiles from this store and match it with what we bought elsewhere.
Josue from all natural stone was so helpful when we were picking out our ledger stone! He offered great recommendations and when we had to return some of the stone, he handled it professionally and was very communicative.

I worked with Susan at All Natural Stone and feel like I received outstanding customer service with her. I already had an idea of what color/materials I was interested so Susan was able to pull different options to match my vision. She was also able to tell me what the lead times were for different material which did influence which tile we ordered. (I didn't want to wait months for something to come in.) After visiting the showroom, Susan continued to stay connected via email and would always respond very quickly. I even made a mistake and didn't order enough of the large format/mural tiles and she was able to find me solutions to get more ASAP.
