A lot that was excellent, with several little details that took the rating down a bit. We replaced our 30-year old furnace with a heat pump system. The advisor we worked with, Roberto, was great; actually did a Man-J load calculation with lidar measurements to determine the true system we needed. We were picky about having everything in the contract and Air Care was the only company that put the details in the quote. Warranty was good (not the best, but good), and their maintenance plan is good (not the best, but good). Great financing, and unlike a couple other supposedly highly rated companies did understand that not all thermostats work with variable heat pump systems.... read full review
My Air Conditioning unit was installed very efficiently by Adrian Medina. He was pleasant, polite and worked with me on some issues and suggested good solutions. I highly recommend Air Care Heating and Cooling.
Fernando came out to diagnose my unit right on time. He was thorough and keep me informed throughout the process. He diagnosed the issues and gave me a range of options to consider. Well done!
