Top notch service. These guys got us up and running after our main sewer line clogged. They had the knowledge, connections and willingness to get the City of San Jose involved. Because of their expertise, the City came out and got us unclogged from the sewer end, saving us thousands of $$ in troubleshooting / rooting fees. Hire these guys first and you won't be disappointed. Kory and team are the best.
We had a major sewer line issue that affected our toilet and bubbled up into our bathtub. I called our insurance and the plumber they usually send wasn't available until the following day.
Luckily they had Advanced Quality Plumbing on their list and they were able to come out within an hour.
Kory arrived on time and immediately got to work. He was able to diagnose the extent of the problem and suspected that it was more than a clogged toilet. He dug up a small portion of our flower bed where the sewer pipe came out from the house and discovered it deteriorated over the years. I called Advanced Quality Plumbing at around 5pm to report a leak outside, and Kory came by that evening to provide a temporary fix until he could return with a crew to fix the leak permanently. A few days later, everything was fixed, as promised. Kory was professional and he went above and beyond to fix the leak quickly. Thank you, Kory!
