Bolt Design Studios -Addition and Remodeling plans

Absolute garbage of an experience. She is hardly an architect. Only a CAD technician at best. Like someone else posted, she would vanish for weeks. Not days, but weeks together. We wouldnt hear anything from her over email or phone or text. The first time that happened, we were actually worried that something bad might have happened to her. And then realized that she just has an extremely poor work ethic. She delayed our project, and costed us so much time, money and effort. I hired Nadia to put plans together for 2 bathroom remodels and a sliding door conversion to a window. Things started great ("great" as in Nadia responded to emails, text and/ or phone calls). Shortly after agreeing to doing business with her she was prompt in sending request for payment. After payment it took a little longer than committed to get the plans. Needless to say the plans were generated in a reasonable amount of time. Shortly after a decision was made to make some changes to the design. We hired Nadia @ Bolt to help us tackle a complete remodel and addition of our home. We literally changed everything! Nadia was available and open to all of our questions, concerns, and most importantly, what we wanted to get out of the rebuild. We would send ideas and she came right back with what would or would not work in our space. Once we decided on a floor plan that we loved, Nadia got to work on all the technical stuff. She went to the City for plan check/submission and handled the whole process quite beautifully.
