Thanks to AB/JDD Plumbing. Came out and removed a large root from the main sewer line. Justin was very knowledgeable with this type of situation and got it resolved. Appreciate the quick service and great price. Have used them for years when Jack was there. The same customer care continues with David.

I am forever so thankful for Ab-JDD plumbing service. We had a terrible back up situation last late morning. Because someone who is staying with us has been using flushable wipes and paper towels to the toilet. Being a Sunday, and football season. We were able to find a plumber to come later that afternoon. But he failed the job, and left. I got the information of AB-JDD from Cupertino Sanitation department. David the owner showed up right away after I called. The office supervisor Robert, was incredibly helpful, and patience, he and the crew members all arrived to tackled the issue. AB-JDD Plumbing came to the rescue over a weekend when a leak popped up in my garage. I called AD-JDD on a recommendation by my real estate agent and David picked up the phone. He was very understanding and sent a tech out immediately. They fixed the problem while providing excellent communication as to root cause and cost along the way so I could make decisions. Since then AB-JDD has been my go to to plumber winning a competitive bid to run gas lines for my landscaping project. David and Robert were amazing during the process as mistakes by the landscaper required more visits and rework than planned. They were always a phone call away and very fair with their fees.
