Thank you chau for your help. My washing machine was leaking and he figured out the problem real quick. Instead of spending an extra $80 for parts he found the part for me for free from a different washing machine. He cares about his customer and he took care of business. If you have a stack washer/dryer make sure to let him know. Because he is traveling by himself. I ended up helping which isn't a problem since I forgot to tell him. He didn't charge extra. Our dryer needs parts to repair...they call to make several appointments to install the parts, but never show up. We call back and first time they changed the appointment time. Second time they say they have no part to repair... If there is no available part, why do you even make an appointment with us? The worst is that not making any call to cancel the appointment and make us wait endlessly. Extremely bad experience with them and suggest not to do business with them if possible

We had our hot water heater go bad late on a Saturday afternoon. Chau and his assistant made it to the house in about a half hour. They removed the old unit and had it replaced in a couple of hours. My wife and I were grateful they were able to come on the weekend at such short notice. The kitchen was flooding but when they finished the repair the flooding stopped. We recommend Aa Appliance for fast and quality home repairs such as this.
