Overall, I think my experience with A-Z was pretty decent. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. My first lesson with Katie was pretty good. She was very helpful, and she me feel comfortable driving for the first time. She also left some insightful comments on my score sheet so that I could improve my driving skills. My second instructor was Wassim(who I think was the owner). I must say he is very knowledgeable and he wanted to teach me the best driving practices. During my lesson, he was training a new driving coach. But I must say, he was often condescending and passive aggressive . I had Katie as instructor for my first class and she was really sweet and patient. I had Sidney for the remaining three classes and she gave me really useful tips and suggestions which helped me in becoming a better driver. I was able to overcome my fear of driving because of all the practice and the confidence she gave me. She also took me to my driving test and helped me calm my nerves before the test, gave really good pointers and I was able to pass my driving test on first try. Highly recommend Sidney Love as an instructor.
I had a great experience with Vhan as my instructor. He helped me work on my driving skills and feel confident in my ability to pass the exam. I'm really thankful to him for giving me all the tools I needed and calming down my nerved before the test. He went above and beyond my expectations and for that I'm forever grateful.
