Paul is incompetent. This is a 1 person company. Don't be fooled. I spent over $2700 and my fridge doesn't work. He's nice and helpful and keeps coming back, but keeps charging to address his incompetence. Don''T use this guy - go with a real company or buy a new fridge! I wish I did!
Paul has been working on our refrigerator issue since late February. After $3000 for parts and labor the issue remains unresolved and the fridge still doesn't operate correctly. He doesn't answer phone calls and lacks work ethic. He claimed that he works for a larger company but when we ask for another technician to help while he is on vacation he says there is no one else in our area. It looks like it's a one man show company. Bottom line don't get yourself stuck with an incompetent liar.
I closed my previous yelp account and recently opened one just to browse places but I had to make an exception for the stellar service received from Paul.Paul impressed us with his promptness, friendliness, and honesty when it came to our faulty dishwasher. He arrived on time, greeted us warmly, and listened attentively to our concerns. He even followed up with us the next day.Paul's honesty stood out and his attention to detail was impeccable, leaving no stone unturned. I highly recommend Paul for his exceptional service, genuine care, and expertise. Thank you so much again! :)
