Yesterday, I had a facial with Ella, and all I can say about her skills is that she is just amazing. She took her time to take care of my face and did a phenomenal job. The only thing I didn’t like was that they charge a 5% fee for using a credit card. Other than that, the facial Ella gave me was great, and I will definitely book an appointment with her again.
Another thing I wanted to mention is that when a different technician needs to enter the room, they should knock on the door first instead of just opening it and walking in. I didn’t like

This place is excellent! I found a coupon on Groupon for a HydraFacial here for a very affordable price and I honestly came in just to try it out not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised by the service! The HydraFacial included exfoliation, mask, massage (face, scalp and shoulders) and, of course, the HydraFacial itself. My skin is so hydrated and glowy and I'm very happy with the experience :) The ladies that work at the spa are very nice as well.

I didn't have high expectations for this place because of the limited reviews and photos, but it definitely exceeded it! I was looking for a spa that had both massages and facials available for my sister and I, and this turned out to be the perfect place. The only thing that was odd was they have you pay for the service before you finish. You'd normally pay at the end, but that wasn't a big deal. Also, the front desk ladies don't have the best customer service. They're very direct and I didn't find them to be warm, welcoming, or friendly. Ambiance: Wow, the room was surprisingly lovely!
