My wife and I purchased a Skyline home that was less than 2 years old and were happy with it. Unfortunately, a part of our flooring got damaged and we reached out to the dealer ( Living Easy Lifestyles LLC, Yuma, AZ ) who sold the home to get a replacement since it is proprietary to Skyline. When we called, he answered politely but as soon as he realized we were not wanting to purchase a home but merely wanted a part, which we were willing to pay for, he got became very belligerent and rude. Not a good representation for a company at all. He refused to help or even offer a solution and then hung up on me.

Ramon was the technician who came to my new house to fix a few things like the doors and a drawer in my kitchen that was sticking. I appreciated that he called beforehand to let me know his approximate time of arrival so that I was home and ready for him. He was very polite and introduced himself and took his time going through the house to check if anything needed to be added to the repair list. He was very respectful of my home and my time. He worked quickly and went over all the repairs with me once he was finished. Thank you Ramon!
Dania, omg shes so amazing literally! She came to.the rescue on behalf of a client selling their home, i was the listing agent on. She helped with parts we could not get any place else. She was fast and on it and so responsive. She saved the deal so we could close.i am so grateful to her. Shelly
