Do not do your repairs with them . Let them do the mitigation but nothing else . Most of my furniture was damaged by their employees and never fixed or replaced. I have included the pictures and text of works and words we exchanged . Don’t try to blame me by making false statements on my purchasing bad flooring . Thai company does not take acceptance of their own wrongdoings. Don’t say anything to ya been over a year when it has not been . Yes my damages are dated 8/2021, but you never actually completed your work as agreed . The only times you where here was to collect final payments . I will make the time to look for the messages and you Cami pushing to obtain your payment . Shame on you talking about not purchasing new materials when you in your win words are talking about refurbishment on the kitchen cabinets
We contacted the local ServPro they put us on their internal system for other branches. ServPro of San Jacinto called us back same day, were at our house by the following day to view, mitigation started in 2 days and their staff were knowledgeable, accessible and did a great job
