Our air conditioner started blowing hot last night, and with the excessive heat warning, we were very worried that we were in for in for a miserable week. With our money situation always a concern, we called the first place on the list. They couldn't get to us until Friday (it was Tuesday). It was 11am and I called Ley. Patty told us they would be here before noon. They were! Thank goodness it wasn't a hard fix (the fan quit working on the unit) and they had the part on hand. It was fixed in 10 minutes! The guys helped me with a floor register, that was broke,. How nice that they did that for me. Also the girl in the office was very personable. I would NEVER use anyone else but this company.Service: HVAC system maintenance

The only one that gave me the time of the day, spoke to Travis about a bad part of an outdoor mounted heating furnace. Sent pictures and he sourced the part the same day, within hours I went and picked up the part and it fixed the issue on the rental property furnace of the in-laws we manage. I like to diagnose and fix things myself as I am very capable and technical, if there is something I am not familiar with or feel I can't do myself these are the guys I would call first!
