Took a while to get them on the phone but once they did the crew was great. They showed up on time and finished the whole roof in two days. I like that they cleaned up after themselves and didnt leave nails all over the yard. The price was fair and they even fixed a small leak I didnt notice before. My only complaint is the foreman was a little short with me when I asked a question about the shingles but whatever. Roof looks solid and has held up fine through some serious heat already. I'd call them again if I needed work done.
I was impressed with the perseverance the office staff showed when dealing with the reverse mortgage company. In the beginning it was rough going, seemingly impossible at one point but they didn't give up. When the breakthrough finally came, (& I thank God for that), things began to fall into place and they were able to start work. The replacement of the roof went well. It was done in about 3 days and it's beautiful. Vince, the owner, was good at keeping me updated about how things were going. He was easy to talk with and work with.
Over all I would hire Gardner Roofing again if I needed to.
Gardner Roofing did the common area buildings in our park about 15 years ago and they still are beautiful. When it was time to replace our roof, I called them first. They did a great job!
