During the early month of July, Jake came and and gave me an estimate for my leaking roof. He stated that the roof was still in good condition and did not try to sell me a new roof. A couple of days later, he called and stated that he will come out on July 28 2023 early in the morning at 0800 hrs. On July 28 2023, Jake arrived earlier than 0800 hrs and worked on the roof until it was completed. During the tropical storm Hilary, the roof was still leaking. After the storm was gone, I called Jake and about the leak. He stated that he will come by to fix the leak on September 11, 2023 at noon.
