I've been bringing Noah to Dr. Chen since he was 4 or 5. He's 11 now. I've never had a bad experience. She was awesome when he had an emergency and she was available. Definitely recommend.
We were referred to Dr. Toni Chen office from our primary dental office as my 6-year-old had cavities in all four of her molars. We wanted to explore anesthesia for her treatment as we were afraid she would not sit through with laughing gas treatment. We had our initial consultation with Dr. Chen and she went through both treatment plans and provided her opinion on which option would be suitable for our 6-year-old based on the child's behavior. We are glad we went with Dr. Chen's suggestion of giving her a try using laughing gas (which also saves us on additional out of pocket expenses for local anesthesia) and seeing how she tolerates the treatment. My son has been going to Dr. Toni's office for a few years. I was just there today and realized that this five star review is way overdue. Dr. Toni is knowledgeable and cares deeply for her patients' wellness. She is also very considerate. My wait was long last time (6 months ago) and she was very kind and apologetic for the wait. Today, she made sure that my appointment was not delayed and even recalled what happened 6 months ago! She obviously takes thorough notes and cares enough to read her notes before seeing her patients. I am impressed! I cannot recommend Dr. Toni enough, and really wished she took adult patients!
