Claire is masterful in her treatment and incredibly caring and intuitive. I had a swollen ankle that had started with a minor injury. I used crutches for 1.5 months, had an MRI and Xray. Was given go ahead by orthopedic doctor to walk and start physical therapy. With PT the ankle swelled again and I experienced discomfort with walking. I felt very discouraged. Found Reishi and during her intake questions happened to mention that I had ongoing loose stools that started around the same time. She connected the two as signs of too much dampness in my body and also recommended that I didn't eat cooling foods like yogurt and salads which I had been doing. In a couple treatments I had a dramatic turnaround. And she's a master with needles--I barely felt when she inserted them! So very grateful to have found her.
Dr. Rui Shi has helped me immensely when I developed the shingles. I was unable to lift my arm and upon visiting her she was able to help me be mobile and comfortable again. Recently, I went back to her for various other concerns which she is helping me with. The facility is clean, organized and welcoming. This is the level of service I've been searching for! Dr. Rui Shi is professional, kind, listens well, and is generous in the care that she provides. I have old chronic pain and tension patterns that I've lived with my whole life. I've tried other acupuncturists and this was the deepest target-specific treatment I've ever received. All summer I've been struggling with poor sleep, fatigue, and digestion, in addition to some very old, stubborn musculoskeletal issues (head, neck, shoulders, postural, pelvic, etc.) so I reached out. I felt very fortunate she was able to accommodate me the same day. She didn't even bat an eye at how much help I needed. She just got to work. It was reassuring to me that she could locate the areas most in need of attention. A clean environment is very important to me and I am impressed that this is a tidy, clean facility with free parking in back. She did not push any other services on me as other places often do. I feel her pricing is fair for the level of care that I received. I felt so much more open and comfortable in my body afterwards. I love that this acupuncture session included cupping! Come prepared with other methods of payment other than credit card. Will definitely be coming back for more healing!
