When I first met Angela for my trial session, I was incredibly nervous because make up is not my forte, but once I started talking to her I felt instantly at ease. “I went to Top Cut specifically to have my hair cut by Connie upon a recommendation by a friend who has been going to her for over 20 years. I was amazed at her professionalism and skills at cutting my hair. She was careful and communicated with me continuously about how I wanted my hair cut. She took a full hour to complete the cut. She is friendly and respectful. She gladly accommodated my request for both of us to wear masks and put my appointment at the end of the day (when there were no customers around) to prevent any exposures to COVID. I had gone to my previous barber for 30 years but Connie is significantly better and I hope to continue with her until my dying days or I go bald.“
