Just had tech W replaced RO filters on Apr 2, 2024. He has done professional job with tools well prepared in advance. Job was well done within 30 minutes. I am not just lucky to have good service. Actually MCS is a trustworthy company and I'll continue to have their services for the coming years.

Looking for a Water Softener and water treatment system for our home. There are quite a few options here in the San Gabriel Area. MCS carries the Puronics Water Softener. They came out to my house for free and did a water test and water hardness test and gave me options. I called them yesterday and the system will be installed this weekend. They have a showroom in San Gabriel where you can see the different options and compare. Pricing was very competitive and they have some promotions that saved me a couple hundred dollars. Kudos to Jennifer and the team at MCS Water in San Gabriel. If you are in the San Gabriel Valley and need a Water Softener would call the first.

The technician who came for the installation was very polite, technically proficient, and installed the equipment with great patience and attention to detail. The salesperson was responsible and knowledgeable, responding promptly to any queries. The quality of the product seems good, and I'm looking forward to the experience that follows.
