Very friendly doctor. Took me in after 5:30pm as walk in. Very clean atmosphere and newer equipment

It's been a while since I stopped by. Back then I went to the other location and they moved to this location now. It's located in the plaza. Free parking and walk upstairs to the 2nd floor. It's located all the way at the end of the hallway. I believe the lady who helped me and my mom is Tracy. She works every Saturday and sits in the front next to the entrance. She is so patient and didn't push us to buy anything we didn't want or need. I can tell she's been doing this for a long time. I've been a client here for years, but this year, both their customer service and beside manner went down the drain. My vision has been somewhat abnormal due to a car accident and a history of vertigo. I went in this January as soon as my insurance is good for a new pair of glasses. I specifically requested for Dr. Szeto because she had been my optometrist the past 6 years. I took the time to tell her my story. On the spot, she introduced me to a special type of custom made lenses, saying they're for people like me. However, no insurance will cover for it and it'll cost several thousands of dollars.
