Dr IJ Chen is just the owner of the building. Office hours on weekends is every other Saturdays too.My appointment was for 8AM but the receptionist had it for 9AM. First time coming in: 2-hour for the whole experience. The female dentist named Dr. Liu only comes in to give consultation then leaves (only lasted 7 minutes btw). Dr. Liu gave me these orange plastic glasses from a company called Zoom! so as to not "splash" me but she used no water whatsoever to check out my teeth. As she was looking at my teeth, she shone the light RIGHT into my eyes causing me great discomfort the whole time until I had to say something. Horrible. I told my boyfriend to go get a dental cleaning as I saw visible marks that signaled he needed a little work done. Comes back and everything is still there! They charged him 435$ for filling and cleaning but he comes back and his teeth look exactly the same! Now we're down 435$ and still need to get his teeth cleaned. I cannot believe this company is allowed to scam patients like this. Unbelievable. Edit: "yes it was a cleaning but fillings were done" Your dentists either did not perform the cleaning or are blind because he came back with teeth that looked just as dirty as when he went in. I don't know why I keep coming back. I leave disappointed and in pain every time. The cleaning if it should be called that wasn't even completed. My teeth were never hand scaled, and they didn't even polish. My gums now have visible tears and trauma and I'm in so much pain from the cavitron. Would not recommend.
