This office is the absolute Best. I was in SF for a few days when I started to have white flashes in my eye. I was concerned that it could be a torn retina. Loop was recommended to me so I called them and they immediately got me in. Dr Szeto was amazing and she was very thorough in her examination of my issue. In addition her office staff- Ms Delcid was also incredible. The office, at every level, worked hard to help me. This is what a true medical team looks like! This is what this world needs more of. They are examples for all to follow. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!! They are the BEST!

5 stars for everything. For the location (near my home), the bright, clean, inviting reception area, the fancy cucumber water (yum �), the very polite and friendly receptionist, the intelligent and helpful doctor, the beautiful facility and modern decor and ambiance, the comfy exam chair, the nice fancy equipment, the professional and awesome optician, the selection process and products, the pick up, everything! (Yes that is one incredibly long run on sentence). But seriously couldn’t ask for a better experience. Just so smooth/uncomplicated but also nice touches like the water and the bright office. It’s almost time for my eye exam again (2 years) and there is no doubt I will go to Loop again. It’s only a block from my house AND the service cannot be beat!

The doctor is very professional and nice. The girls at the front desk are nice but not very well informed. Overall I'll come back to this little office. It's in a great stop and one of the closest optometrists near Mission Bay that accepts insurance and has a nice selection of glasses including Prada, Rayban and Nike.
