Great experience for me as I have bern grooming our aging yet very active Terrier for 3 years and now he is more resistant & I am getting scratches on my arms, have to wear gardening sleeves & gloves. So I explained to Alyssa his appointment groomer, & she said she will be aware and also followed my request not to use scissors on his face near his-eyes (as he had been poked in the Left eye possibly with a scissors tip, by a groomer at Bow Wow Meow in Menlo Park & result was a scratch on his Cornea & now blind in-that eye). He is a licensed CA Therapy Dog, who now provides aide & confort to Persons with Dementia & Alzheimers. Is a good listener... read full review

I had a great experience. My mini schnauzer had matted hair between the paws and the team was very responsive and timely - and such an incredible price! My dog can now walk comfortably after just 10 minutes with Esme ?

So excited we found VIP Grooming! Our pup has been twice and we are so happy with the care and quality of his grooming. He comes back adorable and happy, and this last time he had a little rainbow bowtie! ❤️
