ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! I have a VERY difficult Siberian Husky with an extremely thick and unruly coat, and he is almost impossible for me to brush or bathe at home. Grooming him is usually a complete battle, so finding people I can truly trust with him means everything to me.
I am so incredibly grateful to Dennise and Nicole, who both worked with him so patiently and gently. They handled him with so much care, kindness, and skill, and truly made what is normally such a stressful experience so much easier. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they work with, and their patience and professionalism gave me so much peace of mind.
Esme did such a wonderful job with my very nervous and skittish puppy. We were way overdue for getting her first professional groom, but kept having to delay because she was sick with one thing after another as a young pup. She now hates being handled after repeated vet visits… but she came away from VIP happy as a clam, and cute as a button. So appreciative of the first puppy experience!
