Horrible customer service. Had an appointment and didn't get a confirmation email. Called them twice and never got a call back. Went there personally and the attitude was that it was my fault because I didn't press the right number to speak to someone on their phone tree and instead left a messages for them. The attitude of someone that doesn't feel like they need your business. Look elsewhere if you are not a customer already.
I’ve been bringing all three of my dogs to VIP for over a decade now. VIP has been the best place for grooming, especially nail trims (my dogs have never allowed trims until they met Lancy.) I love how they feel, smell and act (full day of socializing) when I pick them up. Thank you, VIP crew, for all the care you give to your clients.
