My parents and I had an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC experience with working with Colleen Cotter and Margaret O'Driscoll. It was the first time my parents were looking to sell and potentially purchase property. Colleen really took them under her wing. Helped them navigate not only the process of selling the property, but also the nitty gritty details of logistics that come before and after. She and her amazing team made the process nearly seamless and stress free.
