I’ve been going to Urban Allure for over a year, for Botox and monthly facials. I was previously going to a chain provider, but price gouging and “mean girl” energy made me look for someplace new. As soon as I met Erin and Emily, I knew that I would never go anywhere else! They are both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and treat every session with care. My skin feels and looks so much better since starting at Urban Allure, and I always look forward to my monthly sessions. Even my husband goes to them for services, so they have become providers for the whole family.
I’ve been going here for at least 10 years, which says everything, there’s no one else I’d trust! Emily and Erin are so knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely care about their clients. I’m always excited to go back and see them, and they consistently do an amazing job.
The staff at Urban Allure Medical Spa made my visit exceptional. Emily greeted me with warmth, answered all questions, and ensured comfort throughout my Botox appointment. Erin followed up with clear aftercare instructions. I felt truly cared for and will return.
