I have had a great experience with TSS. Cindy was very hands-on before, during, and after my job search. She placed me with two great companies and now I have been hired permanently at one! She was always in touch, asking how the job was going and if I felt the assignment was a good match. After only 4 days at my first assignment, I had to go back east because a family member had passed. Cindy advocated for me and checked up on me numerous times. I found everyone at TSS to be personable. They were prompt in getting back to me and always made me feel like a valuable asset to their team.

I thought they were very unprofessional and extremely rude. They are archaic in the idea women should cater to men even though the owner claims to be woman oriented. I would stay with the larger temp agencies, they are modern and consistent. You won't find work with TSS, you will just get strung along and then they simply won't call you back. Waste of time.
