We asked all our friends that are home owners or construction contractors who they would recommend for a re-roofing job, they all said the same thing, Tom Lee Roofing. But!, they said, they are always booked-up and they are pricey. So we got bids from our friend's second and third choices, plus Tom Lee. Outstanding work. Foreman Uriel was a great communicator. I appreciate that he knocked on the door each morning to let me know the team was there and starting work, and again in the evening to let me know they were done for the day and what would happen the next day. Uriel also appropriately asked me to make certain decisions that came up during the course of the work (like removing a chimney), and provided alternatives. I also greatly appreciated the daily clean up (and so did my neighbors). The team left my driveway looking better than when they arrived. Well worth paying a bit extra for a great customer service experience—and a sound roof.

Tom Lee Roofing has a lot of customers and is incredibly busy with scheduling, but they were able to provide me with a timely cost estimate upon request.
Although their quotes do take some time to be returned (5-7 business days), they are incredibly detailed and thorough which is exactly what you want from a contractor. I’m frankly impressed with the amount of information they seem to have recalled from their 10 minute inspection.
