Had a great experience doing acupuncture with Zoe, who helped relieve some different areas of pain I’d been dealing with as a new mom. I think we did about 5 sessions - I started to have some improvement after the first few, but it was after the 4th one where the pain felt a bit intense immediately after the appointment and then it was practically gone, I almost forgot about it. So I did one more session to seal it in and it’s been about 3ish months now and I’ve been feeling great. Was not expecting to have those kind of results! Will definitely be returning next time I need acupuncture.

Doctor Mary has been incredibly helpful with treating and giving me tools to heal my white tongue coat. I now have a much better sense for how to structure my life to avoid the wrong foods and strengthen my body in ways that reduce my dampness and qi deficiency. The acupuncture session help my digestion and nervous system to take care of themselves.
