I was in town for a major conference and needed a gel pedicure fast before an event, open-toed shoes and all! I’m so glad I chose The Nail Room. The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the space had a warm, community vibe that immediately put me at ease.
I initially came across a competitor’s review that felt unnecessarily elitist and dismissive, which actually helped me decide to support The Nail Room instead. It’s clear that this place focuses on genuine care for their customers rather than pretentiousness. The gel pedi was beautifully done, long-lasting, and not overpriced. Exactly what I needed.
I love The Nail Room! Their gel manis with builder have given me the longest, healthiest nails I've ever had - I get compliments ALL THE TIME! The pedicures are equally amazing. Immaculate salon with skilled, friendly techs who pay incredible attention to detail. I am now a customer for life!

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The place was very dirty, and the staff didn’t wear any uniforms, which made everything feel unprofessional.
The manicure itself was rushed — they finished it in just 40 minutes, whereas a proper Russian manicure usually takes about 2 hours to ensure high quality. Everything was done very quickly and carelessly.
The cuticle work was acceptable, but the polish was poorly applied — it was thin, uneven, and my white nail spots were still clearly visible underneath. After just one week, the polish started peeling off, unlike Russian manicures that last around 3 weeks... read full review
