Ernesto is a FABULOUS barber. His attention to detail, whether hair or conversation, is always executed with perfection. To be in his chair is a pleasure, and he makes you look and feel like a king (or queen, slay.) Hats off! (Quite literally) to Castro Barber Lounge!

I’ve been going here for a couple years now. Drive in from Redwood City just because of how good the team is and how great the shop is. I typically get my hair cut by Ricky or Angel, but have also gotten my hair cut by Jerry. Zero complaints regardless of who cuts my hair as they all do a fantastic job and at a great price. Thank you, Ricky, Angel, Jerry and team for always taking care of me :)

This barbershop is a great find if you’re looking for a solid haircut without the usual San Francisco price tag. Booking was easy, the vibe was friendly, and the overall experience felt welcoming from start to finish. I booked with Priscilla, and she did an amazing job delivering exactly the cut I asked for. Overall, it’s a comfortable & reliable place that I’d definitely recommend.
