The doctors here are all really good and spend their time explaining things to you. Unfortunately, today the front desk person was very abrasive towards me and my dog. She asked me to get my dog on the scale, and when I got on the scale to call the dog on there with me, she started scolding me saying I can't be on there. I assured her I would step off of the scale once the dog was on and she got even louder and more rude, saying I don't understand. So glad I found Castro Animal Hospital after rounds and rounds of phone calls looking for the right clinics to get my cats International Health Certificates with USDA endorsement before our trip to Germany. The interactions with the Admins, technicians, Dr. Liang, and Dr. Lamont are all super pleasant and efficient. They got all my questions answered during each of the two very trough check ups(one for general visit as a new patient, and second for the certificates) They make sure I have all the documents needed and put our travel stress at ease. Can't recommend this facility enough. Hands down the best vet healthcare experience.

Dr Inman and her staff are amazing! My pupper, Bootleg, is always happy (yes happy) to go to the vet. They look after my boy as if he is their own and you'll know you can trust their expertise. Response time is top notch and service is always with a smile. No unnecessary tests, always plenty treats, super clean and chirpy environment. No complaints. **Added tip for pet parents: try and get pet insurance (Nationwide has great coverage - even for my boy who has seasonal allergies). This goes a long way in saving you some bucks
