I was referred to Terese while in the process of training for an 8-hour endurance mountain bike race and I really needed some body work to alleviate soreness in my shoulders, spine and tightness in my hips. She is a true gem in the massage world and I'll be seeing her frequently going forward.
I couldn't be happier with my experience! Terese takes the necessary time and attention before your on the table to understand where to focus and does an amazing job getting in touch with your body when you get on the table.

THE best massage experience I have ever had.. felt so well taken care of and like a new person afterwards. Just wish I lived closer and could see her more regularly. Truly life changing!
