Tax Aid services have far out performed any other tax service I have ever used. Not only are they accurate, the people are brilliant and very kind. They tell you what to bring,when to be there and when they will be ready. Seems simple but others do the same and I don't have something they need, the time turns out to be later, the taxes aren't ready when I was told they would be. I have had my taxes done by H & R Block that were not accurate,cost a fortune and the people were rude. I also used a free organization connected with Cal Fresh that also made mistakes. As long as Tax Aid exists I will never go anywhere else. I know they will do an outstanding job... read full review

This is a great service they are providing. I can scan and email the required documents. They fill out the tax forms scan them back to me for signature I scan back. They respond promptly to my inquiries.
