They provide excellent care and service with amazing attention to detail, making clients feel refreshed and right at home. This was the most memorable nail experience I have ever had. I was in town visiting from Chicago and my mom and I came in to get our nails done. The women who work at this salon are so kind and welcoming. They really took their time and went above-and-beyond to find a solution for a messed-up nail I have had for 8 years. They fixed it for me! I am sad I am only visiting and will not be able to come back.
I’ve been going here for a few months and they’re great. One time, they fixed my nail free of charge. However recently, I have been getting pressured to tip more and more, even after prices have increased. I put in a significant tip on my Venmo transaction, and she told me to add more. Completely understand that the ladies deserve to be tipped, but my lady completely forgot to clean my cuticles until after the gel polish had hardened. I understand that sometimes the service doesn’t turn out as it should, but I shouldn’t have been pressured to tip more and more when my cuticles weren’t properly cared for. Amazing nails done today! I have been going to Tiffany for years, even before she opened her store. She always does such an amazing job! Service is wonderful and everyone is very friendly here!
