My visit was amazing, I was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival, the staff was extremely courteous. The doctor assessed the problem with my ankle and gave me new advice I haven't heard before to discuss with my primary physician. I am very pleased with the service I received at Sutter Urgent Care!!!
Super easy to make an appointment (you don't even need to make an appointment, just tell them you'll be there within the hour) and hardly anyone was in the waiting room so I was moved into a room and seen by a nurse quickly. There was only one PA on duty so it did take 10-15 minutes to get seen once in the room, but I consider that excellent compared to going to the ER! PA addressed my issue and got my a prescription and I was out of there pretty quick, about 45 minutes total. Front desk staff, nurse, and PA were all friendly and professional.
The lady named May at check in here was so sweet and kind! She went above and beyond to help! Printed us food options and found a pharmacy that was open late so we could get our meds filled same day! 10/10! She deserves a raise!!!!
