Don’t go to serramonte Subaru or any dealer, these guys are so much nicer, cheaper, and both knowledgeable and honest. I couldn’t get Nico to accept payment for his time even though he spent almost an hour on my car just to check into a mystery brake noise. I don’t know how that’s a viable business model except obviously I will be a repeat customer
They are often booked up.. but that's because they're the best. If your repair isn't urgent, these guys are honest and trustworthy, and the quality of their work is unmatched.
No loss of stars due to the wait.. their garage is only so big.
If you own a Subaru, there is no other place you should be going for service and repair. Mechanic is top notch. I simply gave them my error codes and they knew right away what needed to be done. Exceptional service!! Figured out what others couldn't within minutes. I live in L.A. but come to SF a few times a year for work. I'll be bringing my Sub with me for service with them everytime.
