I went in for some fun spring nails, I wanted a bunch of little flowers on one nail (pic below, same one I showed her) and what she gave me was not very similar, just one slightly misshaped flower with non-connecting petals. Normally I would have asked for her to make it more similar to my inspo picture, but she’d had a very hard time understanding anything I said all appointment so by this point I was kind of over it. Salon was clean and well-ventilated. Staff were friendly and very competent, and they did an excellent job on following hygienic guidelines. Seating was comfortable. Nail polish selection wasn't the broadest I've seen, but it definitely got the job done and frankly a lot of those places feel like overkill anyway

I love this place! I've been in SF for a bit over a year and have found this is my favorite salon for a gel manicure. The manicures don't chip for a long time and the shape is always exactly how I like it. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that sometimes you have to wait a bit and there's not a ton of ambiance and can be cold. But overall the quality is fantastic!
