I went to several places for Cool Sculp consults. I liked the practitioner here the best, and I've had other nice treatments here so I booked an appointment. We went though all the hoopla of taking before pics, of course with the expectation there would be after pics, otherwise why bother? But after there was no follow up. No call, no email, no nothing. No request to see the results for the implied after pics. I wouldn't have cared about that so much but the treatment was useless. The only thing it did was relieve me of many thousands of dollars and waste a bunch of my time. I understand that the treatment doesn't work for everyone. Not my first time here. The rooms are large, clean, and several with windows looking down into Fillmore St. Everyone I have come across on the staff is friendly, helpful, educated, intelligent, and truthful! Honestly I’m not even living in the city anymore but I still come back whenever I’m in the area.
I recently moved to SF and I'm finding all of my essential places. I love this place! I had a wonderful experience and now this is part of my routine skin care. Highly recommend! They're amazing!
