About Southeast Family Health Center Clinic
Southeast Health Center Clinic is a long-established healthcare facility known for its wide range of services and dedicated staff. Patients appreciate the clinic's convenient offerings, including medical, dental, and blood drawing services, often describing the staff as compassionate, respectful, and professional. Many reviews highlight the exceptional care provided by specific team members, such as the nurses and blood drawer, and recommend the clinic for those seeking respectful treatment. The clinic is especially valued by the community for its ability to serve people of color, under-insured individuals, and immigrants, offering accessible healthcare in a welcoming environment. However, some reviews point out areas needing improvement. The front desk staff is considered average, and some patients have expressed dissatisfaction with certain procedures, such as painful Pap tests and blood draws. Concerns about administrative issues and the quality of mental health services have been raised, along with remarks about the professionalism of the clinic's management. Additionally, the sign-up process for COVID testing and vaccination can be slow, though staff members assist those less familiar with technology. Overall, Southeast Health Center Clinic is viewed as a reliable and compassionate healthcare provider with a strong community reputation, despite some criticisms regarding administrative and service aspects. Its longstanding presence and dedicated staff make it a notable resource for local residents seeking affordable, respectful care.

I don't remember it ever being painful before having it done by a general practitioner at SEHC. I tell you, when the services are for people of color,...read full review
