I’re expressing gratitude towards Dr. Fact for his professionalism and ethical conduct during my treatment, which left me feeling comfortable and reassured about the outcome. I also appreciate the other Asian male dentist( forgot his name) prompt action in addressing unexpected issues and providing a refund. I suggest expanding the clinic space for a better patient experience. Overall, it's a positive testimonial of my experience.
