Sonya is not only an extraordinary Pilates teacher, but also a brilliant physiologist. She can always identify why my body is misaligned or why my knee (ankle, shoulder, you name it) is painful. Every session she focuses on what you indicate as well as what she sees. I prefer instructors like Sonya who pay attention to the details so you learn the right practice as you grow your Pilates skills. Sonya is friendly, but firm enough to help you get past laziness or fear. Our sessions are positive, focused and really effective.
