This is one of those places that a customer might hesitate to write a review for, if only because you don't want to share your secret awesome place with others; but...I'm visiting from out of town and managed to find Penn based on others' helpful Yelp reviews--I am so happy I did! She was right on time, her space is beautiful and relaxing (as others have said, it's rare to find oneself falling asleep while waxing...but there I was, drifting off!), and the service was top-notch. Best Brazilian & Eyebrow tint/wax ever! I came in from SD and desperately needed some attention...Penn so graciously got me in on Christmas Eve Day and surpassed my expectations. I was nervous about having someone do my eyebrows other than my girl I got to at home, but Penn was amazing! Had an appointment with Penn yesterday and it was lovely! The space is nice; clean, and serene. Penn went above and beyond to get all the stray hairs and make sure everything looked good. She was also very friendly and a pleasure to chat with. I'll definitely be back!
