Good experience overall. If you’ve had an MRI before it’s pretty standard. Seem to lean heavily on foreign call center model which created some confusions making my initial appointment. One criticism I must point out. I did receive a confirmation call 24 hours before my appointment. I was asked if I had been given prep instructions for my particular procedure- which I had not. One of the prep directives required me to abstain from a particular activity for 72 hours prior to the procedure. This was communicated to me just 24 hours before the appointment. Obviously a conflict there.
The technician was not able to draw my blood on the first appointment of my CT scan, but I returned a week later and he was able to do it. The staff was very friendly and professional at the 1005 Van Ness Avenue location.
I would have given your facility 5 stars but your front desk staff was incredibly rude. My appointment was at 2pm and she insisted it was 1:45pm. I arrived at 1:55pm and please keep in mind your facility on Van Ness street is not located well. She argued with me and very unprofessional. Thank goodness was your technician who performed my MRI. She was nice and professional! It was wasn’t for her, your rating would have been a zero!
